What’s Covered
Installation Defects
Gaps, uneven planks, lifting seams, or loose tiles caused by our workmanship are covered at no cost.
Subfloor Preparation
If a subfloor we prepared fails, causing issues with your new floor, we repair both the subfloor and the flooring.
5 Full Years
Coverage starts on the day of completion. Transferable if you sell your home within the warranty period.
No Hidden Fees
We provide parts, labor, and any necessary materials to make the repair. You pay nothing out of pocket.
Manufacturer Warranties
In addition to our labor warranty, every product we install carries its own manufacturer’s warranty. These range from 15 years to a lifetime, depending on the brand and product line.
Brands like Mohawk, Shaw, and Daltile stand behind their materials. If a manufacturing defect appears, we help you file the claim and handle the replacement installation.
How to Make a Claim

Describe the issue. We’ll schedule a free inspection within 3 business days.
On‑Site Assessment
Our lead installer examines the floor and determines the cause. Most problems are fixed on the spot.
Repair or Replacement
We correct the issue at our expense, using matching materials whenever possible.
What Isn’t Covered
- ❌ Damage from flooding, leaks, or excessive moisture not present at installation
- ❌ Scratches or dents from normal wear, pets, or moving furniture
- ❌ Issues caused by subfloor conditions we were not hired to repair
- ❌ Fading or discoloration from UV exposure
- ❌ Products supplied and installed by a third party
