Our Preparation Process
Old Floor Removal
We safely rip out carpet, hardwood, tile, or vinyl, disposing of debris responsibly.
Subfloor Inspection & Repair
Check for rot, squeaks, and loose boards. Reinforce joists and replace damaged panels.
Leveling & Smoothing
Self‑leveling compound on low spots, grinding high spots. Perfectly flat surface achieved.
Moisture Testing & Barrier
Concrete slabs get a calcium chloride test. Vapor barriers installed if readings are high.
Final Clean & Prime
Vacuum and tack‑cloth the surface. Apply primer if needed for glue‑down applications.
